Goating Around

Goating Around is a small herd of quality Oberhasli dairy goats located in Biddeford, Maine.

It all started out in 2000, as a goat in milk for Reegan (age 1)  because she couldn't have cows milk.  In 2005 we got a registered Nubian for 1 show 3 hours away (one way).  Reegan got the show bug.  In 2006 Reegan purchased from Treworgy Orchard, her first Oberhasli Coriander (dam raised weanling).  She sold her nubians and also purchased Shoshanna from Jasmine Honey who was heading off to college.  Little did we know how important these 2 does would be to the start of Reegan's herd.  Shoshannna was 6 years old when Reegan bought her and lived till age 14.

We have attened 2 ADGA National Shows (2011 Springfield, MA and 2016 Harrisburg, PA).

 

 Reegan is now living in Columbia Missouri working towards her dream of becoming a large and small animal Veterinian.  Reegan had 2 bucks collected and also had embryos collected from Moose.  This is so she can pick up where she left off after college.

Our herd is CAE negative again in 2018.
